Callisto is a Swan 80, built by one of the most famous yacht builders and is instantly recognisable next to more modern yachts. Built in 1995 and refitted in 2011 she maintains some of the older design principles which made Swan’s yachts so famous, whilst combining them with a clean, classic interior.
On deck is an intimate seating area away from the main sailing controls meaning you’ll never be disturbed by the crew whilst underway. The wide flat decks offer plenty of space for sunbathing.
She is an extremely capable sailor for anyone looking to attend yacht regattas or other sailing events. For those looking for a relaxing holiday she will fit in well anywhere and attract admiring glances from the surrounding yachting community.
Inside Callisto you’ll find an extremely wide Saloon thanks to her wide beam construction. Classic wooden fixtures and fittings give an air of real quality. She is air-conditioned throughout and has three cabins to offer. There are two twin cabins and one queen cabin all of which are ensuite.
At the base you are required to provide an Advanced Provisioning Allowance (APA), which is currently 20% of the charter price. APA is like a ‘boat kitty’ that covers the variable expenses relating to fuel, water, food, beverages, alcoholic drinks and port fees. It is used by the staff to make payments during the holiday without disturbing you. Any remaining APA will be returned at the end of the charter, equally if expenses incurred exceed the APA paid then the additional expense is requested at the end of the charter.
