These roles are based in our small office in Kingston, Surrey.
We are looking for an enthausiastic salesperson to join the team as a yacht charter broker. This is a sales role that involves talking to our wonderful clients about sailing in the Mediterranean. Specific yacht charter sales experience is not necessary, though sales and sailing experience are an advantage.
There is no cold calling and we are not a hard sell company, but one that relies on good quality advice and solid opinions based on experience and training. You will therefore need to quickly come up to speed on sailing destinations in the Mediterranean (training and travel are provided) and be able to impart this knowledge in a constructive and helpful manner to our clients. You will also be given instruction about the specific yachts that we offer, which range from 30' to 60' monohulls and catamarans.
This is an office based position and as such the successful candidate must be of an advanced level of computer proficiency.
Sales role, selling sailing holidays to the Mediterranean including Croatia, Greece, Italy, Turkey and Spain
Proactive and intelligent person with excellent problem solving skills required
Effective communicator required that is not afraid to have an old fashioned chat with clients
Sales experience an advantage
Sailing experience extremely desirable (leisure or professional)

09:00 - 17:30 with some flexible hours possible and possible Saturday work

Salary: £22,000 - £30,000 /year (talk to us, as more senior positions could come available)
Your primary role will be to champion our existing clientele, providing them with the best client service possible. This will involve administering all elements of their holiday, such as taking incoming phone calls, answering general holiday questions, collating and sending detailed holiday information, processing payments, invoicing and other general problem solving.
Previous sailing experience is not a requirement but is an advantage. This role can be full or part time.
