The most popular Turkey sailing destination. These 'grown-up' fishing villages lie in the Gulf of Fethiye and are a haven of diverse cultural sites, craggy bays, balanced sailing and wonderful unique experiences.

A destination with a split personality; flash and brash in places, demure and idyllic in others. The Costa Smeralda ('Emerald Coast') on the northeastern coast of Sardinia is a stunning location with golden sandy beaches, national parks & big budgets.

Sailing from Athens, the Saronic Islands are most balanced sailing area in Greece, with a perfect mix of lovely sailing winds, quiet bays, lively villages, friendly tavernas and great value. The Saronic Islands, which includes the Argolic and Saronic Gulf, is an interesting, diverse and authentically Greek area for all sailors, including families, older and younger groups and couples. Athens is an interesting launch pad with a wide range of quality boats and catamarans.

Located off the western coast of Greece, the Ionian is a wonderfully calm sailing region that British sailors have made their second home for decades now. Stretching from Corfu to Zakynthos, the Ionian is characterised by light winds, a green coastline, short sailing legs, small villages, authentic quayside tavernas and a generally relaxed disposition. The Ionian islands consist of six primary islands: Corfu, Paxos, Lefkas, Kefalonia, Ithaca, and Zakynthos. The group also includes many smaller islands, most of which offer secluded bays, a traditional taverna or two, clear waters and a true Greek experience.

The southerly Dalmatian Islands off a perfect cross-section of Croatia. Sailing from Split and Dubrovnik, they offer a more cosmopolitan experience, with larger islands supporting larger villages and towns. It's not all party time though, there are still many quiet bays, small villages and destinations 'off the beaten track'. Overall, expect a heady mix of excellent balanced sailing conditions, lively cosmopolitan islands, quiet bays and old-world fortress towns.
