Ready to get started? Build your sailing holiday
Marina Naviera Balear is located on Palma’s famous Paseo Marítimo, placing charter guests right on the waterfront and within easy reach of the city centre. The marina has a compact, practical layout with around 95 berths and is specifically geared towards charter yachts. Rather than feeling like a resort-style marina, it is very much part of Palma itself, with hotels, restaurants, supermarkets and shops surrounding the harbour. Palma’s historic centre, including the cathedral and old town, is also within easy reach, making it a convenient place to spend time before or after a catamaran holiday. The setting combines a busy city waterfront with immediate access to Mallorca’s coastline.
Starting a catamaran charter from Marina Naviera Balear puts you in a particularly convenient position for exploring Mallorca’s coastline. Routes can head west towards Port d’Andratx and the dramatic Tramuntana coast, or east and south towards quieter anchorages, sandy beaches and destinations such as Cala Pi, Colònia de Sant Jordi and Cabrera National Park. With a longer itinerary, it is also possible to explore more of Mallorca or cross towards neighbouring islands, depending on your charter plans and weather conditions. Palma Airport is only a short drive away, making the marina especially convenient for fly-in charters. Another advantage is that you can provision and prepare for departure without travelling far, as supermarkets and other everyday services are located close to the marina.

Marina Naviera Balear provides the main facilities needed for a straightforward charter changeover. Toilets and showers are available within the marina, while water and electricity are supplied at the berths. Diesel can be delivered directly at the mooring, avoiding the need to move the yacht to a separate fuel dock. The marina also offers free high-speed Wi-Fi, parking, 24-hour access control, CCTV security and seamanship assistance. An electric-vehicle charging point is available, along with storage chests and accessible facilities. Environmental services include recycling containers, hazardous-waste collection and a designated green point. Restaurants, hotels and supermarkets are located around the marina rather than within a self-contained complex, giving crews plenty of options for provisioning and dining before departure.
